How to Connect Smart Lead Magnet with Zapier
In this guide, we will explain how to use our native integration to add new leads and manage users through Zapier.
1. Go to Zapier.com
- Log in or sign up for a new account at Zapier.com. Zapier offers a free plan for up to 100 tasks per month, so you won't be charged.
2. Create a New Zap
- Click the "Create Zap" button.
- Choose a Trigger app. This could be any event that suits your workflow, such as a new subscription on Stripe, a successful payment on PayPal, or any other trigger.
3. Set Up the Trigger
- Follow the prompts to connect your trigger app and set up the trigger event.
- Test the trigger to ensure it's working correctly.
4. Add an Action to Add a New Lead
- In the Action step, search for Smart Lead Magnet.
- Select Smart Lead Magnet as the action app.
- Choose an action event, such as Add New Lead or Create User.
- Click Continue to configure the action.
5. Connect Your Smart Lead Magnet Account
- If you haven't connected your Smart Lead Magnet account before, you'll be prompted to do so.
- Follow the instructions to authorize Zapier to access your Smart Lead Magnet account.
6. Configure the Action

You'll need to set up the following fields:

Email: Select the email address from your trigger app data.

Name: Select the name from your trigger app data.

Credits: If applicable, specify the credit amount.

Portal: Choose the relevant portal or project for the lead.

Use the Insert Data button (the "+" icon) to map the data from the trigger event to these fields.
7. Test the Action
- Click Test & Review or Test & Continue to ensure everything is set up correctly.
- Check your Smart Lead Magnet account to verify that the new lead has been added.
8. Turn On Your Zap
- Once testing is successful, click Turn on Zap to activate it.
- Your Zap is now live and will automate adding new leads whenever the trigger event occurs.
